Waking Up Early
... is a struggle for me. I've never been good at waking up early. It doesn't help that I don't really get sleepy until like 11 PM at night. However the current situation with work and picking up my son from the baby sitter requires me to actually wake up early. I also just got an earful from the wife about not getting up early enough. Yikes! That was enough motivation to get up at 5:15 AM today.
They say it takes 21 days to build a habit. So I guess that means, I have to get up at 5 AM, 20 more times, to get used to it.
